Therisa P. Kellenbenz is responsible for the supervision of our billing staff, is one of our primary coders and coordinates the placement of accounts with the various collection agencies our clients use. She has been certified by the National Academy of Ambulance Coding for many years, and has attended many seminars in Pennsylvania and Nevada regarding billing, coding, compliance and Medicare issues. Therisa’s phone expertise is unmatched. Her experience in dealing with clients, patients and insurance companies is most impressive. Therisa’s careful review of problematic claims has resulted in payment of tens of thousands of dollars of claims that would have otherwise been unpaid. She has been employed with Medical Claim-Aid for over 11 years, is a busy grandmother of nine and lives with her husband in Ridgely, Maryland.
